The last update to the terms and conditions of the Siahpoosh Language Academy website and application was on May 17, 2022. It is assumed that users will read and fully understand these terms within 14 days of this date. Siahpoosh Language Academy reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions to improve its services, with the exact date of changes noted. Users are expected to stay informed about these updates.

This terms and conditions page serves as an agreement, considered a legally binding contract under Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran. All users and individuals using the Siahpoosh Language Academy website and application are subject to this agreement.

Article 1: Definitions

Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran: Refers to all regulations passed by the Islamic Consultative Assembly or other legal authorities and made enforceable. This includes laws such as the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Law, which the Siahpoosh Language Academy website and application adhere to.

Agreement: Refers to the present terms and conditions page, considered a legally binding contract under Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran, regulating the relationship between the Siahpoosh Language Academy website and application and its users.

Article 5: User Responsibilities

Users must protect their information, including username, contact information, and passwords. If user information is disclosed due to user negligence, Siahpoosh Language Academy is not responsible, and all consequences fall on the user.

Users must not share their account with others for any purpose. Siahpoosh Language Academy provides services only to the account owner. If issues arise due to simultaneous account use or account transfer, all responsibility falls on the user. If it is discovered that multiple people are using the same account or educational products, Siahpoosh Language Academy may take appropriate actions.

Users are committed to using purchased educational products personally and not sharing them online or offline. Violation of this clause and dissemination of educational products will result in legal action by Siahpoosh Language Academy.

Users must immediately download or save purchased online or offline educational products. If the website or application becomes unavailable for any reason, users have no right to object.

Article 6: Intellectual Property

All content on the Siahpoosh Language Academy website and application, including articles, educational products, logos, images, audio, and videos, is owned by Siahpoosh Language Academy. No one is allowed to use, copy, recreate, or perform any illegal action with this content without permission.

If content is sourced from another internal or external source, it will be credited accordingly.

Users must not post comments or take actions on the website that violate others’ rights or are criminal. Users must also refrain from making religious or political statements on the site. Violation of this clause will result in account deletion and loss of access rights without refund.

Article 7: Ordering and Activating Educational Courses

If a user purchases a downloadable product through the website or app, they can access the educational content from their user profile. A purchase invoice and download link will also be sent to the registered contact number. Non-receipt of a confirmation SMS does not invalidate access rights to purchased content.

If a user purchases a physical product, they must accurately enter their address and postal code. Siahpoosh Language Academy is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect address information.

Physical products are usually shipped within 15 working days, subject to possible delays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed after the holidays.

If a transaction fails and funds are deducted from the user’s account, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded by the bank within 72 hours.

If a user makes an error in payment, such as adding a product multiple times to the cart, they must notify Siahpoosh Language Academy to request a refund for the excess amount. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after notification.

No refunds will be given for payment errors such as mistaken currency denomination.

Siahpoosh Language Academy delivers all physical products in good condition to the post office, which is responsible for safe delivery. If a delivered product is defective, the buyer must notify the academy within 7 days for necessary action.

If a product is mistakenly listed as available but is out of stock, Siahpoosh Language Academy has the right to cancel the order.

If a product price is mistakenly listed, previous purchases may be canceled to correct the price.

Article 8: Communications

By registering on the website and application, or providing contact information like email or phone number, users consent to receiving emails or SMS from Siahpoosh Language Academy as deemed necessary. Users can opt-out of these communications at their discretion.

The contact information provided by the user, such as phone number and email, is the only recognized information for official communications. Siahpoosh Language Academy is not responsible for issues arising from unreported changes in contact information.

Users must update any changes to their contact information. Failure to do so releases Siahpoosh Language Academy from responsibility.

Article 11: Force Majeure

Force majeure events are unforeseen external events beyond the control of the website and application, such as widespread internet outages or temporary/permanent website or application downtime. In such cases, Siahpoosh Language Academy is not responsible.

No refunds will be given for registered products or courses, whether in-person, online, or offline.
